1. Acceptance of the terms

Welcome to Tzokamirel (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). 2. Eligibility, accounts, and limits

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm you are not located in any jurisdiction where use is forbidden. We may decline service, carry out KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or violations. You are responsible for keeping profile details accurate and protecting your credentials.

3. Services, third parties, and risk

We may introduce or reference third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Past results do not ensure future performance. You are fully responsible for your decisions and any taxes.

4. Charges, acceptable use, and IP

Any fees will be displayed at the time of purchase. You must not misuse the Services, including posting illegal content, malware, scraping without permission, getting around security, or reverse engineering except where the law allows it. All Platform content and branding remain our property or that of our licensors; you are granted a limited, revocable licence to use them as provided.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of €100 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnity, suspension, and ending access

You agree to cover us for claims resulting from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Clauses that survive include liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.
